Pros: We arrived early for check in so enjoyed a bang-up lunch and time on the beach. Our room was large and clean.
Pros: I liked the wild animals - that's it! The hotel was overpriced, looked tired and dirty.
Cons: Nosotros landed in Tampa from the Uk and headed to the hotel. Finding and entering this place was like going to an armed prison camp. The Sat Nav couldn't even observe it, and when nosotros got there, it was like a armed forces installation with gate bank check it. It didn't experience similar it was for our protection, (protection from who?) more like crossing a border into another country. There was another couple who arrived right afterwards usa who felt exactly the aforementioned every bit me. (both of usa got lost trying to discover it in the dark) and the gate directions to the hotel entrance were useless. We finally did detect it at 11:00 - and when we got to our room, it didn't take the 2 double beds equally requested. Then nosotros had to change rooms again. Likewise, when I made the booking, I called and asked for a room with a balcony (as I saw on the website) but was told at that place were no rooms with balconies. Only when I got there, yes there were! I left the side by side morning feeling completely ripped off and not the least bit happy. The room looked old and tired - the air-conditioning was noisy and no windows could open. Not a happy stay at all!
Pros: Swell staff, neat view and 2 restraunts nigh by.
Cons: Showers need to be cleaned better and some rooms need to be bug sprayed. But over nevertheless a smashing place stayed in 6 different rooms so far simply 1 had a few bugs.

Pros: Our family enjoyed the multiple amenities such equally the pools, private beach, gym, and rental to be inside walking distance of each other. Staff and direction were the friendliest and about helpful we've ever worked with. Cheers!
Cons: The fees. We paid the rooms in full through Kayak (getaroom) but when nosotros got there we were told in that location is a eolith of $40 per night per room. There is also a resort fee separate from that of 8.95 per dark per room charged when you check out (these fees are posted, we were aware). Thankfully, the staff and direction were able to assist and a positive effect for all parties prevailed.
